He also serves as Chairman of the Board at FIT – Institute of Technology, reinforcing his commitment to innovation and technological advancement.

Marcos holds a degree in Production and Automation Engineering, complemented by executive specializations in Business Management and New Technologies & Digital Transformation. His leadership is defined by a hands-on approach, strategic vision, and a passion for driving operational excellence across complex global environments.
