Francisco Muñoz

Francisco Muñoz is a Mechanical Civil Engineer from the University of Chile and holds a Ph.D. focused on Energy Economics and Operations Research from Johns Hopkins University in the United States, where he was a Fulbright Scholar. In addition to serving as Director of Studies at Generadoras de Chile, Francisco is an adjunct professor at the Faculty of Engineering and Sciences of the Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez and participates in several research centres. He has also been a consultant for several international organisations and private companies in the areas of market design, regulation, free competition, strategy and planning.
