Synopsis

Alfredo will look at the challenges grids are facing with ever-increasing penetration of renewables, both in general (ww) and specifically in Chile. He will then depict the solutions offered by energy storage, using multiple use cases around the world, with a focus on grid congestion and dispatch management. He will analyse the solutions under technical and economic aspects and conclude on their relevance for Latam grids.
