Asociación Mujeres en Energía de Chile (AME Chile) is a professional network of women working in Chile’s energy sector—covering renewable energy, grid operations, research, policy, and related fields. Founded in 2023, AME has quickly grown to over 600 members and focuses on empowering women through networking, mentoring, training, and visibility initiatives.

AME’s mission is to eliminate gender discrimination, promote substantive equality, and boost women’s participation in leadership roles across the energy industry.
