Ricardo Estefano Rosa currently leads the WEG team responsible for developing the Battery Energy Storage Systems business. He has a postgraduate degree in Renewable Energy from Centro Universitário Internacional (UNINTER) in Curitiba, Brazil and was previously Head of Critical Energy Systems Engineering at WEG from 2013 to 2017. Ricardo has more than 25 years of experience in products and business development for critical power systems and has been working on the introduction of battery energy storage systems in Brazil since 2015.
